Terms and Conditions for the Referral Earning System

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the "Give a Smile, Get £100" referral program ("Program") offered by Wellcome Wellness Health
Tourism and Technology Trade A.Ş.("Company"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1. The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, affiliates, and partners of the Company are not eligible to participate.
2.3. The referred individual ("Referral") must be a new patient who has not previously received treatment through the Company.

3. Referral Process
3.1. Participants ("Referrers") must invite a friend to attend a free dental consultation event in Liverpool or Manchester.
3.2. The Referral must mention the Referrer's name at the time of booking.
3.3. The Referral must complete their treatment in Istanbul with the Company to qualify for the Program.

4. Reward
4.1. The Referrer will receive a £100 Amazon Gift Card for every Referral who successfully completes treatment in Istanbul.
4.2. The Referral will receive a 10% discount on their treatment.
4.3. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
4.4. The reward will be issued within 30 days after the Referral completes their treatment.

5. Limitations
5.1. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a participant can make.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity.
5.3. Self-referrals are not allowed; the Referrer and Referral must be separate individuals.

6. Program Duration & Modifications
6.1. The Program is valid for the upcoming dental meetups in Liverpool (7-8 February 2025) and Manchester (9 February 2025) and may be extended or modified at the Company's discretion.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

7. General Terms
7.1. The Company is not responsible for lost or misdirected gift cards.
7.2. Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved at the Company's sole discretion.
7.3. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
